Owner
Edly started his bookkeeping career in 2025 and founded Tax Owl Financial in that same year. During his time forming the business, he frequently encountered inconsistencies in financial data across companies. Recognizing that accuracy and consistency are essential, he identified an opportunity to support businesses through improved bookkeeping, resulting in more reliable, actionable insights to drive growth. He is passionate about helping small businesses reach their financial potential by providing the latest tools and knowledge to ensure accurate and reliable financials.
Matias Wawro
Co-Owner
Matias helped build the Tax Owl Financial team. Graduating from Boise State University with degree in Marketing and Minor in Entrepreneurship has helped him develop a well-rounded understanding of bookkeeping needs across different industries. He has been an entrepreneur since 2019 and as a business owner, he has helped with several business start-ups scale. Matias is also a sales professional who loves to help people through his advisory, tactics, and experience to impact the community and assist other entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
